Entry requirements
- 1Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Certificate IV in Hospitality, or equivalent
- 2Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent
- 4Complete ALIT LLN assessment and achieve ACSF Level 4 or higher
