Getting in

Entry requirements

  1. 1Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Certificate IV in Hospitality, or equivalent
  2. 2Must be 18 years of age or older
  3. 3IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent
  4. 4Complete ALIT LLN assessment and achieve ACSF Level 4 or higher
